send an email to include your call sign, team name, real name, email address and paypal account name used.
You will not receive a card until waiver is submitted either in person, mail or via PDF.

- Annual Club Membership will be $40 which will waive the $10 per game requirement. State your full name,
call sign, team name and submit new waiver here.

a. Evergreen Member ID card, Non transferable.
b. 10% off at Sirplus for non-sale airsoft accessories. Discount does not apply to airsoft weapons themselves.
c. 10% off at Battlesim Store in Tacoma storewide including weapons.
d. 10% off at Geary's Military Surplus storewide between Monroe/Snohomish on Hwy 2.
e. All stores above will require EvG card and photo ID (school ID ok) required before order is rung up on cash register.

g. Able to attend 1st-Sword games at no charge that will take place on a Saturday on Sultan field
(schedule for six saturdays in the next 12 months forthcoming) You must register yourself on their
